Vids by PropertySimple is an AI-powered video creation platform for real estate professionals. The Service allows users to generate listing videos, market updates, and other marketing content using artificial intelligence technology.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the videos and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant PropertySimple a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Videos created through the Service use AI-generated imagery, narration, and music. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PropertySimple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination
