1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide when creating an account.
  • Listing Data: Property information, photos, and details imported from real estate portals to create videos.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including features used, videos created, product analytics events linked to your account, and technical records of your interactions with the Service, such as pages viewed and actions taken. Anything you type is masked in these records.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for Service optimization.
  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information sent by your browser when you use the Service, including your IP address, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use this for technical administration, security, and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Generate videos based on your listing data
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Service
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the Service

3. AI Processing

Your listing data and content are processed by AI systems to generate videos, narration, and images. This processing occurs on secure servers and your data is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, AI processing, payment processing)
  • Advertising partners, limited to activity on our public marketing, signup, and checkout pages and to measuring whether our advertising is effective (see Section 8)
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case we will seek to ensure the recipient honors this Policy

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, meet legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Object to or restrict data processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent for optional data uses
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, and of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that purpose, via our Your Privacy Choices page

8. Cookies and Advertising

We use essential cookies for authentication and Service functionality, and first-party analytics cookies to understand product usage.

We use advertising technologies on our public marketing, signup, and checkout pages. We may also share limited information about actions taken after someone visits those pages so we can measure whether our advertising is effective. We do not share listing content, property details, generated videos, payment-card information, or activity that directly reveals how someone uses the video-creation workspace for advertising purposes.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states, these activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.

You can opt out of targeted advertising at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. That choice is stored in the browser you use to make it, so you may need to set it again if you clear your browser data or use another browser or device. We also honor supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests, so if your browser sends one you do not need to take any further action.

9. Email Communications

We may send you marketing emails about the Service. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages related to your account, such as billing notices, security alerts, and service updates, because they are necessary to provide the Service.

10. Links to Other Websites

The Service contains links to websites we do not operate, including our social media profiles and our payment processor. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.

11. Where Your Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States, and we store and process personal information there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
